The buildings are from eight to ten stories and total two million square feet. This development will be a mixed use one with a hotel and retail space. Construction is expected to begin in 2018.
This project is possible because of the dynamic growth in Legacy West. According to Collin County Tax records this is one of the last large tracts of land available for mixed used development along the North Dallas Tollway.
With the prediction from Texas A&M and the demand in the present market I think that Plano and Legacy are going to continue to see more office tenants relocate to the area. Additionally more office building are in the planning stages to come online in 2018.
